SS Mart Wallet FAQs

SSMART Wallet is a digital wallet provided to you by super shopping mart using which you can do transactions on ssmart.store. The amount in the wallet consists of three components.

Any amount in the SSMART wallet can only be used to purchase on ssmart.store and not anywhere else.

You may add money in SSMART Wallet in following ways

  • Credit cards or Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Any other acceptable payment methods visible on the ssmart.store payment page.

However, Cash on delivery, International Cards, Gift Cards are not acceptable modes of payment for the top-up of Wallet.

You need to sign-in your Account in ssmart.store Website and go to your profile. There, in the SSMART Wallet tab, you shall be able to see the Wallet Balance amount.

You shall be able to use SSMART Wallet as a Payment method available at the checkout. There may be a few products, including Gift Cards, for which SSMART Wallet is not allowed to pay for.

Yes, SSMART Wallet requires an ssmart.store Account.

Wallet can be transferred to any other SSMart user’s account.

Your SSMART Wallet account stays active, however please note that every credit transaction into Wallet comes with an expiry time, at which a part or full amount from your Wallet will expire. The user shall be sent a reminder about the expiry of the Wallet amounts one month in advance, by an email to the registered email id.

You need to protect your SSMART Account. If someone gets unauthorized access to your account, they may use your SSMART Wallet to purchase products at SSMART on your behalf without your knowledge.

The refund value for these returned items shall be added to your SSMART Wallet.

Yes, you may use other payment methods available to pay along with bb Wallet. However, the money shall be deducted from SSMART Wallet first and the remaining amount can be paid through other available online payment methods.

There is no minimum amount to keep in SSMART Wallet.
