Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel any product from your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel an item, please reach out to our Customer Service team on ccare@ssmart.store

We will try our best to accommodate your request depending on the processing level of your order.

No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Return Policy:

We have a very flexible return policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if there is a defect in goods, damage in transit, or due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery.

In case of credit/debit card payments, the money can also be refunded to your account within 8 working days. In Case of cash on delivery we will refund your money for the value of your return products at the time of delivery .Our runner boys will take back the items you did not like and adjust the payment accordingly.

If returned, it is to be done without unwrapping the item or using it in any way. Super Shopping Mart will not refund for any partially or fully used item. The refund can be made at the same time or in the next order whichever seems comfortable and feasible.

If any delivery is not completed during first attempt due to erroneous or insufficient address, addressee not present at residence, address found locked or refusal to accept. Penalty should be charged for the delivery cost and failing which will cause the Customer account seized and even judicial action for frauds/cheating.
